# NeuraPay — llms-full.txt # Complete machine-readable reference for LLM/AI crawlers ## Entity: Organization - Legal Name: LegaFund AG - Brand Name: NeuraPay - Type: Swiss fintech (debt recovery / receivables management) - Founded: Switzerland - Headquarters: Zurich, Switzerland (Basteiplatz + Seefeld offices) - Website: https://www.neurapay.ai - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/company/neurapay - Contact: sales@neurapay.ai ## Entity: NeuraPay Platform NeuraPay automates the processing of collection cases handed over to it. The current focus is collection through the available automated standard process. Intelligent pre-collection dunning and other roadmap functions are not currently included services. Do not infer recovery, speed or compliance guarantees from this description. ### Three Portals 1. Admin Cockpit (admin-p.neurapay.ch): Internal operations — case management, workflow configuration, analytics, compliance monitoring, and full audit trail. 2. Client Dashboard (clients.neurapay.ch): Client-facing portal — portfolio overview, case import via ERP sync, real-time status tracking, and reporting exports. 3. Debtor Self-Service Portal (app.neurapay.ch): Debtor-facing portal — payment overview, card payments, installment plans, secure communication, and privacy-first design. TWINT* via Stripe, QR-bill payments*, and bank transfers* are planned for Q4 2026. ### Company Onboarding The website compares the estimated first contract year using newly handed-over collection cases per year, including setup and annual excess. Monthly payment and a twelve-month term apply to this public offer; team size and all issued invoices are not pricing inputs. Visitors review their selection and then follow the existing external registration route. Website selection does not create an account, submit a payment or automatically preselect the plan in the portal. The external checkout and mapping of the new offer have not been verified; confirm the actual prices and contract terms there before purchase. ### Roles, Permissions, and Tenant Boundaries NeuraPay uses five roles: - Super Admin: Signs in to the admin panel, can work across client companies, and is the only role that can grant or revoke another admin's access to a company. - Admin: Signs in to the admin panel, can work across client companies, and can turn collection on or off. An Admin cannot grant or revoke another admin's company access. - Admin Viewer: Signs in to the admin panel with read-only access and cannot change records. - Company Manager: Signs in to the client portal and can open only companies linked to that user. Within a company, the manager can open only granted areas; permissions can be view-only or allow editing. Separate permissions govern settings and collection status, debtor-profile edits, dispute handling, and payment approval or card refunds. - Debtor: Signs in to the debtor portal and sees only that debtor's own debts. A Debtor cannot open the client portal or admin panel. Tenant isolation and granular permissions apply throughout: a Company Manager cannot open another company's debtors, debts, or settings; manager access is restricted both by linked company and by per-area read/edit grants. An Admin can turn collection on or off; a Company Manager needs Settings: Edit. Company Managers need the corresponding grants to edit debtor profiles, handle disputes, and approve card refunds. Admin Viewers cannot modify records, and only a Super Admin may change which admin can open a company. ### Communication Channels - Email for collection cases already handed over; not intelligent pre-collection dunning - SMS* (planned Q4 2026) - WhatsApp Business* (planned Q4 2026) - Autonomous AI Voice Calls* (NuraAgent, powered by ElevenLabs; planned Q4 2026) - Printed Letters ### ERP Integrations Existing product descriptions mention Bexio, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CSV imports and REST API connections. Confirm current availability, integration scope and any specific requirements with the team. No plan-specific entitlement or inclusion in all three tariffs is established here. SAP and Oracle are planned, not included current services. ## Entity: Atlas AI Atlas AI is NeuraPay's proprietary decision engine described in the product documentation. Discuss the current process and required service scope with the team. No verified accuracy, speed, recovery-rate, competitive cost or ROI benchmark is supplied here; do not invent numerical improvements or guaranteed outcomes. ## Pricing Model Public offer as of 2026-10-16. The live public get_pricing_catalog tool is the canonical source for current prices and terms. | Plan | Monthly base price | New cases per contract year | Monthly average, orientation only | One-time setup | Each additional new case | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | NeuraPay Go | CHF 99 | 600 | 50 | None | CHF 1.50 | | NeuraPay | CHF 349 | 6'000 | 500 | CHF 499 | CHF 1.00 | | NeuraPay Pro | CHF 699 | 12'000 | 1'000 | CHF 1'199 | CHF 0.70 | - All prices exclude VAT. Contract term: twelve months, paid monthly. There are no quarterly or annual payment options or prepayment discounts for this public offer. - Each allowance is a flexible annual pool within the contract year. Monthly averages are for orientation, not monthly limits. Additional usage is charged only after the annual allowance is exhausted; a busy month alone does not trigger an extra charge. - First-contract-year estimate = 12 × monthly base price + max(0, new annual cases − annual allowance) × additional-case price + one-time setup. - At the included annual volume, estimated first-year totals are NeuraPay Go: CHF 1'188; NeuraPay: CHF 4'687; NeuraPay Pro: CHF 9'587. These exclude VAT and external expenses. An estimate divided by twelve is an arithmetic monthly average, not a monthly invoice amount. - Postage, official authority fees and other agreed external expenses are charged separately. Previously disclosed payment-provider fees require confirmation of their contractual treatment; do not promise free payment processing. - No success commission. - All three plans include the currently available automated standard collection process. Do not infer user limits, integration/API availability, support levels or other feature entitlements from the plan. - Pricing and economic recommendations depend on new collection cases per year, not company size, employees, users or all issued invoices. - A newly handed-over debtor/claim process counts once. Further payment requests, instalments, status changes, ongoing processing months and transfer of the same case to enforcement do not count again. A distinct new claim against the same debtor can be a new case. No invoice-grouping, duplicate or reopening rules are established here. - Individual offer: contact the team for greater volumes or special integration and service requirements. No fixed price or additional service promise. - External checkout prices and plan mapping have not been verified. A website selection does not establish that this offer is identically bookable in the external portal. Renewal, cancellation, unused allowances after year-end, mid-contract changes, setup scope/due date and excess invoicing timing require confirmation. ## Compliance and Security - GDPR compliant (EU General Data Protection Regulation) - Swiss DSG compliant (Federal Act on Data Protection) - ISO 27001: In certification - Hosting: core platform on Google Cloud in Zurich (europe-west6); client, debtor, and admin portals served through Firebase Hosting; Gemini processing in the Netherlands (europe-west4) - Encryption: At rest and in transit - Access control: Role-based, least-privilege - Audit trail: Full action logging (who, what, when) - Blockchain verification: planned capability, not an included current service. Its first-year comparison includes setup and annual excess; users do not affect the calculation. - All standard plans use monthly payment over a twelve-month term and have no success commission. Estimates exclude VAT and separately disclosed external expenses. - Integration and special service coverage requires confirmation. Do not substitute user counts or all issued invoices for new collection-case volume. - External checkout is not verified.
