> NeuraPay automates the processing of collection cases handed over to it. Its current focus is collection in Switzerland. Intelligent pre-collection dunning is not an included current service. NeuraPay is operated by LegaFund AG (Zurich).

## Current Product Scope

- The currently available automated standard process handles collection cases handed over to NeuraPay.
- Product descriptions refer to client, debtor and operations portals and to email and printed-letter communication. Specific service and integration coverage requires confirmation; do not infer inclusion in a tariff.
- Existing integration descriptions mention Bexio, Abacus, Dynamics 365 and data imports. Confirm current availability and scope with the team. SAP and Oracle remain planned, not included current services.
- SMS, WhatsApp Business, autonomous AI voice, eSchKG connectivity and blockchain anchoring are roadmap capabilities. Do not present them as currently included services or guarantee an availability date.

## Company Onboarding

The website compares the estimated first contract year using newly handed-over collection cases per year, including setup and annual excess. Monthly payment and a twelve-month term apply to this public offer; team size and all issued invoices are not pricing inputs.

Visitors review their selection and then follow the existing external registration route. Website selection does not create an account, submit a payment or automatically preselect the plan in the portal. The external checkout and mapping of the new offer have not been verified; confirm the actual prices and contract terms there before purchase.

## Roles and Tenant Boundaries

- Super Admin: Admin-panel access across client companies; the only role that can grant or revoke another admin's access to a company.
- Admin: Admin-panel access across client companies; can turn collection on or off, but cannot assign another admin's company access.
- Admin Viewer: Read-only admin-panel access; cannot change records.
- Company Manager: Client-portal access only to companies linked to that user and only to granted areas within each company. Grants may be view-only or allow editing. Separate permissions govern settings and collection status, debtor-profile edits, dispute handling, and payment approval or card refunds.
- Debtor: Debtor-portal access only to that debtor's own debts; no access to the client portal or admin panel.
- Tenant rule: A company manager cannot open another company's debtors, debts, or settings. An Admin can turn collection on or off; a Company Manager needs Settings: Edit. Company Managers need the corresponding grants to edit debtor profiles, handle disputes, and approve card refunds. Only a Super Admin can change which admin may open a company.

Public offer as of 2026-10-16. The live public get_pricing_catalog tool is the canonical source for current prices and terms.

- All prices exclude VAT. Contract term: twelve months, paid monthly. There are no quarterly or annual payment options or prepayment discounts for this public offer.
- Each allowance is a flexible annual pool within the contract year. Monthly averages are for orientation, not monthly limits. Additional usage is charged only after the annual allowance is exhausted; a busy month alone does not trigger an extra charge.
- First-contract-year estimate = 12 × monthly base price + max(0, new annual cases − annual allowance) × additional-case price + one-time setup.
- At the included annual volume, estimated first-year totals are NeuraPay Go: CHF 1'188; NeuraPay: CHF 4'687; NeuraPay Pro: CHF 9'587. These exclude VAT and external expenses. An estimate divided by twelve is an arithmetic monthly average, not a monthly invoice amount.
- Postage, official authority fees and other agreed external expenses are charged separately. Previously disclosed payment-provider fees require confirmation of their contractual treatment; do not promise free payment processing.
- No success commission.
- All three plans include the currently available automated standard collection process. Do not infer user limits, integration/API availability, support levels or other feature entitlements from the plan.
- Pricing and economic recommendations depend on new collection cases per year, not company size, employees, users or all issued invoices.
- A newly handed-over debtor/claim process counts once. Further payment requests, instalments, status changes, ongoing processing months and transfer of the same case to enforcement do not count again. A distinct new claim against the same debtor can be a new case. No invoice-grouping, duplicate or reopening rules are established here.
- Individual offer: contact the team for greater volumes or special integration and service requirements. No fixed price or additional service promise.
- External checkout prices and plan mapping have not been verified. A website selection does not establish that this offer is identically bookable in the external portal. Renewal, cancellation, unused allowances after year-end, mid-contract changes, setup scope/due date and excess invoicing timing require confirmation.

- Demo tools expose free slots only. Links lead to NeuraPay's booking page; no slot is held, no email is sent, and no booking is made by MCP. The visitor must review and verify email before confirming.
- Handoff links carry only the public plan selection. No private customer/debtor data, chat transcripts, personal financial records, account creation, payment or write tools.
- The website assistant Nura uses the same validated functions. The MCP interface is separate from the customer platform API.
