Requirements
- 4+ years data analytics experience
- Expert SQL skills, complex query optimization
- Dashboard design: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Product analytics: MixPanel, Amplitude, or similar
- A/B testing, experimentation frameworks
- Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing
- Clear communication of insights to stakeholders
- English C1, German B2+
Nice to have
- FinTech or financial services experience
- Python data analysis: pandas, scikit-learn
- Data modeling, dbt, data warehouse design
- Revenue analytics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling

- 💰 Salary: 90,000 – 120,000 CHF/year
