NeuraPay is a project of LegaFund AG. This cookie policy applies to neurapay.ai.

For Switzerland (revFADP), we process data in accordance with legality, proportionality, purpose limitation, and transparency. For EU/EEA, we rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for optional technologies.

5. Nura Chat (Gemini)
If you use the Nura chat, we send your inputs to our server and then to Google Gemini to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential information.
- Transient processing only — no persistent storage by NeuraPay or Google.
- Data logging and model training by the AI provider are contractually disabled.
- Data processing exclusively in CH/EU (no third-country transfers).
Chat history is stored only for the current browser session (session storage).
6. Your settings
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Use "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Preferences apply per browser/device. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
