What the Integration Delivers
Automated Receivables Import
Outstanding invoices are automatically imported from Bexio into NeuraPay® based on configurable rules (due date, amount, customer group). The import happens via a secure API connection with OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Real-Time Status Synchronization
Every status change in NeuraPay® — whether payment receipt, reminder, escalation, or case closure — is automatically synced back to Bexio. Your accounting always stays up to date.
Configurable Triggers
Businesses can individually define when a receivable is automatically transferred to NeuraPay®:
- After X days past due (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days)
- Above a minimum amount (e.g., CHF 100)
- For specific customer groups or invoice categories

Getting Started
Existing NeuraPay customers can activate the Bexio integration directly in the Admin Cockpit under Settings → Integrations. Onboarding typically takes less than one hour.
