How quickly am I up and running?
NeuraPay connects to your ERP via API — Bexio, Abacus, or Dynamics 365 — or via CSV import. The core platform runs on Google Cloud in Zurich (europe-west6); Gemini calls are processed in the Netherlands (europe-west4).
Which ERP systems are supported?
Currently in production: Bexio, Abacus, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. SAP and Oracle are in development. Custom API integrations are available for enterprise requirements.
How does NeuraPay handle data protection?
NeuraPay is GDPR and DSG compliant by design: purpose limitation, data minimisation, role-based access, end-to-end encryption, and complete audit trails. ISO 27001 certification is in preparation.
Which communication channels does NeuraPay use?
Email, SMS*, WhatsApp Business*, adaptive AI voice calls*, and postal letters. Every channel follows defined compliance guardrails — every interaction is logged in the audit trail.
What does NeuraPay cost?
Plans start at CHF 99 per month. Monthly billing includes a one-time CHF 200 setup; yearly plans waive setup. There is no success fee. Letter bundles, on-demand letters, wallet top-ups, and applicable Stripe fees are billed separately and shown transparently.
How does blockchain verification work?
All audit events are hashed and aggregated into a daily Merkle tree. The root hash is anchored on Ethereum (via EAS) and Bitcoin (via OpenTimestamps) — no personal data on-chain, only cryptographic hashes.
