4. Regulatory classification
LegaFund AG is not a financial services provider within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA). In particular, LegaFund AG does not provide investment advice or portfolio management, and it does not receive or transmit orders relating to financial instruments on behalf of third parties or otherwise trade financial instruments for the account of third parties.
LegaFund AG is likewise not a financial intermediary within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 3 of the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Its current activities do not trigger any licensing obligation under the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), nor any obligation to affiliate with a self-regulatory organisation (SRO) under AMLA. LegaFund AG is not subject to prudential supervision by FINMA.
The NeuraPay platform is a pure business-to-business software solution (SaaS) that supports companies in managing receivables, dunning workflows and related operational processes. The platform itself does not constitute a financial service within the meaning of FinSA. Where individual platform features involve the settlement of payments, this is carried out exclusively through regulated external payment service providers (e.g. Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., TWINT AG), which are themselves subject to the applicable supervisory regime.
5. Ombudsman
For selected business areas, LegaFund AG is affiliated with a recognised Swiss ombudsman. The competent body is Terraxis SA, headquartered in Switzerland (www.terraxis.ch).
Where a dispute falls within the ombudsman's subject-matter jurisdiction, clients are entitled, after an unsuccessful attempt at internal clarification, to initiate a mediation procedure free of charge. The procedure is voluntary and does not replace the judicial path; the applicable procedural rules can be consulted directly at the ombudsman.
