A New Chapter for Debt Recovery

After more than two years of intensive development, we are pleased to announce the official production launch of the NeuraPay® platform. The system is now live and processing real mandates for businesses in Switzerland.

NeuraPay® was built with a clear goal: to fundamentally change how companies handle outstanding receivables — from manual, opaque processes to a fully digital, controllable, and compliance-ready system.

Three Portals, One System

The platform consists of three tightly integrated portals:

  • Admin Cockpit — Central control center for receivables management. Case overview, KPI dashboards, communication history, and escalation controls in a single interface.
  • Client Portal — Self-service access for business customers. Real-time visibility into the status of all submitted receivables, documents, and payment receipts.
  • Debtor Portal — Secure debtor-facing portal with case overview, payment options, and communication channel. Privacy-compliant and accessibility-focused.

Technology Stack

The platform runs on Azure Switzerland with guaranteed data residency in Switzerland. The entire NeuraPay® stack is designed for security, scalability, and auditability:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Full audit trail for all material actions
  • API-first architecture for ERP integrations

What Comes Next

In the coming weeks, we will bring the first ERP integrations (Bexio, Abacus) into production and finalize the eSchKG workflow for automated debt enforcement filings. ISO 27001 certification is in preparation.

Our ambition is not just to be faster or cheaper — but to make the entire process transparent, controllable, and fully compliant.
