Is there a minimum contract term?
No. Cancel monthly. For annual plans, the chosen term applies — cancel anytime after.
What happens if I exceed my included cases?
Additional cases are billed at your plan's overage rate. When an upgrade makes sense, we'll recommend the next plan — it's almost always cheaper.
When does the success fee apply?
Only on actually realized payments. If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. Billing happens monthly in arrears.
What exactly does a legal filing cost?
Fixed price per automated court filing: CHF 50–150 depending on procedure type, plan, and canton. No attorney fees, no retainer.
Can I use only the SaaS platform?
Yes. Layer 2 (Success Fee) and Layer 3 (Legal Automation) are optional. Start with the dashboard and activate additional layers anytime.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
