Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making neurapay.ai usable for everyone — current status and contact details.
1. Our commitment
LegaFund AG is committed to making neurapay.ai accessible to all visitors — regardless of ability, age, or device. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
This statement covers the public marketing and information pages at neurapay.ai. The authenticated NeuraPay platform will be documented separately once it is publicly available.
2. Conformance status
Measures already implemented
Across all of our public pages we use semantic HTML5 with clearly defined landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), consistent heading hierarchies and, where required, complementary ARIA roles, so that screen readers can reliably interpret the structure of each page. All interactive elements – in particular the main navigation, the cookie banner, the Nura chat and every form – are fully operable via the keyboard; the tab order follows the logical reading sequence, and focus is always highlighted by a clearly visible indicator.
Meaningful images are provided with descriptive alternative text, while purely decorative imagery is deliberately hidden from the accessibility tree in order not to disrupt the screen-reader flow. The visual design complies with the WCAG contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text; layouts are responsive and remain fully readable at 200 % zoom without horizontal scrolling.
We respect the prefers-reduced-motion user preference and automatically reduce or disable non-essential animations when requested by your operating system. Every language variant is marked up with the correct lang attribute so that speech-synthesis tools select the appropriate pronunciation. All form fields are equipped with explicit labels and, where validation errors occur, with programmatically associated and user-friendly error messages.
Known limitations
We are aware that certain areas of the website do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some data visualisations inside the Nura chat are not yet available in an equivalent textual alternative; a small number of video assets still lack both captions and full transcripts. The French, Italian and Spanish variants currently display the authoritative German legal text together with a corresponding translation notice until full translations become available; a more accessible, screen-reader-friendly language switcher is under development. An external accessibility audit against WCAG 2.2 Level AA is planned for the 2026 calendar year; the results will be published here.
3. Feedback and contact
If you encounter any barriers on our website, are unable to access a piece of content or have suggestions for improvement, we would be grateful to hear from you. Please send your feedback by email to support@lega-fund.com and include "Accessibility — neurapay.ai" in the subject line, so that your request is routed to the responsible team without delay. We aim to respond within ten business days with either an immediate remedy or a concrete timeline for the necessary adjustments.
If you require a document in an alternative, accessible format – for example as a searchable PDF, in large print or as a plain-text file – we will provide it free of charge within our technical and organisational capabilities.
4. Enforcement
Switzerland: complaints about the accessibility of publicly available private-sector websites may be escalated to the Federal Communications Commission or cantonal conciliation bodies where applicable.
EU: once we offer a commercial service under EAA / national transpositions, complaints can be filed with the competent supervisory authority of the relevant member state.
