Requirements
- 3+ years ML/AI engineering experience
- Production LLM applications: LangChain, LlamaIndex
- RAG pipeline design and optimization
- Prompt engineering, few-shot learning
- Vector databases, embedding models
- Python, API development
- English C1, German B2+

- Fine-tuning LLMs, PEFT, LoRA
- Model evaluation, hallucination detection
- AI agents, tool use, function calling
- MLOps, model deployment, monitoring
- FinTech domain knowledge
Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: 120,000 – 180,000 CHF/year
