Senior Backend Engineer

Design and build the core services powering our debt recovery and factoring platform. You'll work with real-time financial data, payment integrations, and high-throughput event systems.

Requirements

5+ years backend development with Node.js/TypeScript
Production experience with NestJS or similar frameworks
Strong SQL skills, PostgreSQL optimization
Experience with GCP or Azure cloud services
Real-time systems: WebSockets, event-driven architecture
API design, microservices patterns
English C1, German B2+

Nice to have

AI prompting, LangChain, LlamaIndex
Hugging Face, RAG pipelines
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
FinTech, payment systems, Stripe Connect
SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance experience

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: 90,000 – 140,000 CHF/year
