Senior DevOps Engineer

Own infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform reliability for a FinTech company processing sensitive financial data. You'll architect multi-cloud deployments, automate everything, and ensure our systems scale securely.

Requirements

5+ years DevOps/SRE experience with production Kubernetes
Strong expertise in Azure and/or GCP
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, automated deployments
Load balancing, auto-scaling, high availability
Monitoring, alerting, incident response
Security best practices, secrets management, compliance
English C1, German B2+

Nice to have

FinTech or regulated industry experience
SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliance implementation
Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
Cost optimization, FinOps

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: 90,000 – 140,000 CHF/year
