Senior Data Analyst

Transform raw data into actionable insights that shape product decisions and business strategy. You'll own analytics infrastructure, build dashboards, and partner with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

4+ years data analytics experience
Expert SQL skills, complex query optimization
Dashboard design: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Product analytics: MixPanel, Amplitude, or similar
A/B testing, experimentation frameworks
Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing
Clear communication of insights to stakeholders
English C1, German B2+

Nice to have

FinTech or financial services experience
Python data analysis: pandas, scikit-learn
Data modeling, dbt, data warehouse design
Revenue analytics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: 90,000 – 120,000 CHF/year
