NeuraPay Zürich, Schweiz

An unpaid invoice is a situation. Not a judgment.

Who we are

NeuraPay is not a traditional debt collector.

We are a Swiss technology company for receivables management. Companies engage us when invoices remain unpaid. Our goal is always an out-of-court solution that fits your situation — no intimidation, at eye level.

Pay directly online, set up an instalment plan, or raise a dispute — the choice is yours.

A look inside the portal

You see everything. Before you do anything.

3

Pay the way that suits you

4

The financial check

Income, fixed costs, obligations: the financial check helps find a plan that is truly sustainable — not one that overwhelms you.

Common questions

The answers you need right now.

Why have I been contacted?
A company with an unpaid invoice has asked us to handle the resolution. You can see all details of the claim — sender, amount, and origin — in your portal at any time.
I don't recognise this claim. What should I do?
First check the details in the portal: you will see the original contract partner and the invoice details. If the claim still does not make sense to you, raise a dispute directly in the portal — we will review it carefully and get back to you.
Why are there additional costs?
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date and a reminder, the creditor is entitled to compensation for the resulting costs, such as default damages under Swiss law. Every item is listed individually in the portal — there are no flat or hidden fees.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. In the portal you can choose an instalment plan that fits your situation. You see immediately how the amount is split — and you can adjust the plan with us if needed.
What happens if I don't respond?
Without a response, we are required to initiate the next steps provided by law — which can lead to additional costs. The earlier you get in touch, the more options we have together. Even if you cannot pay right now: reach out.
How is my data protected?
Your data is transmitted encrypted and processed in Switzerland — in line with the FADP and GDPR. Access is limited to those who need it to handle your case. You can find details in our privacy policy.
